Boleman Law Announces New Shareholders

Amanda focuses her practice on litigation and post-filing issues in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. She primarily practices in the firm’s Richmond office, however, she covers dockets and litigates cases in the Richmond, Newport News, and Norfolk Bankruptcy Courts. Amanda coordinates the pro bono efforts for the Richmond office. Amanda is licensed to practice in Texas and Virginia and is admitted to the Eastern District of Virginia District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts.

Emily Connor Kennedy is a member of the Boleman Law Firm’s consumer litigation team. Her focuses include helping clients who are facing consumer rights issues such as credit report inaccuracies and abuses from mortgage servicers and banks.

Emily has been a committed member of the Boleman team ever since she joined the Boleman Law Firm in 2010, as an intern after her first year at the University of Richmond School of Law. In 2012, Emily was admitted to the Virginia Bar.
