Stephen F. Relyea

Stephen F. Relyea is a shareholder at Boleman Law Firm and a member of the firm’s consumer litigation team. His practice focuses on representing and protecting the rights of consumers, particularly with credit reporting inaccuracies and mortgage servicing issues. Steve also has extensive experience practicing bankruptcy law. Prior to joining Boleman, Steve spent several years representing creditors in bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings. Since joining Boleman Law Firm in 2014, Steve has represented consumers exclusively.

Steve is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, the Richmond Bar Association, and the Henrico County Bar Association. He has presented and authored articles on a variety of consumer protection and bankruptcy topics.

Steve grew up in Northern Virginia, and today he lives in Richmond with his wife and their dog, Maggie. He enjoys traveling, golfing, volleyball, and attempting DIY home improvement projects.
