If you do not complete the Debtor’s Education Course and obtain a Pre-Discharge Education certificate your bankruptcy discharge may be denied by the court.
Debtor’s Education Course is required for your bankruptcy discharge.
In order to complete your Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy filing and receive a discharge, you must:
- Complete a Debtor’s Education Course AND
- Obtain a Pre-Discharge Education certificate
