Kristen Nina P. Belber

Kristen Nina P. Belber joined Boleman Law Firm, P.C. in 2023. Earlier that year, she was admitted to the Virginia State Bar. Prior to joining Boleman Law, Nina worked as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for the City of Norfolk.

Nina was born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia. She received her B.A. in both Homeland Security and Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University. In 2022, Nina graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she was the recipient of the 2022 Richmond Law Excellence in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award; a senior staff member on the University of Richmond’s Public Interest Law Review; and the President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. During her time in law school, Nina worked with the OSI Legal Team at BAE Systems, Inc. and the Virginia Holistic Justice Initiative.
