A Message from Rusty
During a financial crisis, bad things can happen to anyone. The poor treatment my wife Gayle and I received as we sought solutions to our financial problems led us to believe that there was a need for a change in bankruptcy law practice. At age 39 I went to law school in Richmond to become a bankruptcy attorney. After working all through law school with Gayle by my side we founded the Boleman Law Firm in 1991 with the goal of treating everyone who comes to us seeking legal solutions for their financial problems with respect and dignity, while providing excellence in customer service and legal advice.
We’ve come a long way since then. But our mission remains the same for everyone with overwhelming debt. We will help you.
Founder and Chairman, Rusty Boleman:
In 1991 Gayle and I started a bankruptcy law firm in Richmond. We had one room. We couldn’t afford a desk. So we took off an inside door, laid it across two low file cabinets and made a desk that we shared.
That was the beginning.
