
Kathryn L. Ortiz Balderaz
Kathryn L. Ortiz Balderaz joined Boleman Law Firm in 2025, bringing with her a diverse background in consumer bankruptcy and general civil litigation. Prior to joining Boleman, she focused on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters. She previously concentrated her practice on secured creditor’s rights and real estate transactions. In addition, Katey has significant experience in family law, immigration, traffic, and criminal defense, offering her clients a well-rounded and compassionate approach to legal representation.
A lifelong resident of Virginia Beach, Katey enjoys spending quality time with her husband and five children. Together, they love exploring the outdoors, gardening, and practicing yoga.
