Emily Connor Kennedy is a shareholder at Boleman Law Firm and is a part of the firm’s consumer litigation team. Her focuses include helping clients who are facing consumer rights issues such as credit report inaccuracies and abuses from mortgage servicers and banks.
Emily has been a committed member of the Boleman team ever since she joined the Boleman Law Firm in 2010, as an intern after her first year at the University of Richmond School of Law. In 2012, Emily was admitted to the Virginia Bar.
Emily serves as a board member of the City of Richmond’s Financial Empowerment Board. She is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates and a contributing writer for the National Association of Chapter Thirteen Trustees (NACTT) Academy. Emily has served multiple times as a panelist at the NACTT Annual Meeting.
Emily lives in the Museum District of Richmond with her husband and their dog, Meyer. Emily enjoys weightlifting, cross-stitching, and overly-complicated DIY home improvement projects.
