Emily Connor Kennedy is a shareholder at Boleman Law Firm and is a part of the firm’s consumer litigation team. Her focuses include helping clients who are facing consumer rights issues such as credit report inaccuracies and abuses from mortgage servicers and banks.
Emily has been a committed member of the Boleman team ever since she joined the Boleman Law Firm in 2010, as an intern after her first year at the University of Richmond School of Law. In 2012, Emily was admitted to the Virginia Bar.
Emily is a member of the Board of Directors for the Virginia Poverty Law Center and a board member of the City of Richmond Office of the Treasurer’s Financial Awareness Coalition. She is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates and a contributing writer for the National Association of Chapter Thirteen Trustees (NACTT) Academy. Emily has served multiple times as a panelist at the NACTT Annual Meeting.
Emily lives in Richmond with her husband, their dog Theo, and her pet tarantulas. Emily enjoys weightlifting, cross-stitching, and overly-complicated DIY home improvement projects.
