Ms. Wade is a graduate of the University of Richmond, Virginia Commonwealth University and the George Mason School of Law.

She has been admitted to the Virginia State Bar, U.S. District Court Eastern District of Virginia, and U.S. Bankruptcy Court Eastern and Western District of Virginia.

Her professional memberships and activities include the Richmond Bar Association, Virginia State Bar, the National Association of Foreclosure Professionals and the American Legal and Financial Network. She has served on the Executive Committee (including Chair) of the Bankruptcy Section of the Richmond Bar Association and is currently Chair of the Credit Abuse Resistance Education Committee for the Richmond Area. She has prepared CLE written materials, been a CLE speaker and has participated as a speaker and moderator for programs presented by the Virginia Housing Development Authority.

She has been a volunteer for the Richmond Legal Aid pro bono hotline and currently serves on the Interfaith Services of Henrico County Board as well as the Endowment Board for her church.
