Mark Clifton Leffler, Esquire Mr. Leffler is a graduate of Eastern Mennonite College and Duquesne University School of Law. He has been admitted to the Virginia Supreme Court, U.S. District Court Eastern District of Virginia, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Eastern District of Virginia and U.S. Court of Appeals 4th Circuit. His professional memberships and activities include the Richmond Bar Association; Virginia State Bar; Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association; Local Bankruptcy Rules Standing Committee of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Virginia; Liaison Committee of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Richmond Division; and the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees. He has served as a panelist and author for the NACCT, the Richmond Bar Association, the Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association, and for Virginia CLE.
