G. Russell Boleman, III Mr. Boleman is a graduate of Wake Forest University and University of Richmond School of Law. He is AV rated by his peers (highest professional and ethical rating possible listed in Martindale-Hubbell) and was listed in Virginia Business magazine as one of Virginia's best bankruptcy lawyers. He recently authored the Electronic Case Filing chapter of Bankruptcy Practice in Virginia. His professional memberships and activities include Richmond Bar Association where he served as Chair of the Bankruptcy Section; Virginia State Bar; National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees; American Bankruptcy Institute, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys; American Bar Association and Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar. In addition to his service as chair, committee member, author or speaker for numerous organizations to include NACTT, ABI, Virginia CLE, West Publications, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court liaison committee, the Dean's Advisory Council, T.C. Williams School of Law, University of Richmond, he has served as an adjunct professor, E. Claiborne Robbins School of Business and T.C. Williams School of Law, University of Richmond.
