Suzanne E. Wade

Suzanne is a graduate of the University of Richmond, Virginia Commonwealth University and the George Mason School of Law. She has practiced bankruptcy and real estate law in Virginia for 18 years. Prior to joining the Boleman Law Firm she was a partner in the law firm of Thompson, Smithers, Newman, Wade and Childress as well as a managing member of Wade and Wade, PLC.
Suzanne has been admitted to the Virginia State Bar, U.S. District Court Eastern District of Virginia, and U.S. Bankruptcy Court Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia.
Her professional memberships and activities include the Richmond Bar Association, Tidewater Bar Association, Virginia State Bar, Virginia Bar Association, the National Association of Foreclosure Professionals and the American Legal and Financial Network. She has served on the Executive Committee (including Chair) of the Bankruptcy Section of the Richmond Bar Association and is currently Chair of the Credit Abuse Resistance Education Committee for the Richmond Area. She has prepared CLE written materials, been a CLE speaker and has participated as a speaker and moderator for programs presented by the Virginia Housing Development Authority. She has been a volunteer for the Richmond Legal Aid pro bono hotline and currently serves on the Interfaith Services of Henrico County Board as well as the Endowment Board for her church.
