Kathryn E. Smits

Kathryn grew up in Montgomery County, Maryland.  She received a B.A. in history from the College of Charleston in 2003.  She graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2008.  During her studies at Richmond, she was research assistant for Professor Hamiliton Bryson.
