Julia B. Adair Julia Adair is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and the University of Richmond School of Law.
Her memberships have included the Virginia State Bar, National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees, American Bar Association, the Metropolitan Richmond Women’s Bar Association, and the Richmond Bar Association. She has served as a speaker to community organizations and has provided CARE educational seminars to high school students. Julia was a founding board member of the Byrd Theatre Foundation. |
