WHY BOLEMAN BANKRUPTCY LAW?
In 1991 G. R. “Rusty” Boleman assisted by his wife Gayle established the Boleman Law Firm. With a fervent desire to actually help people through the practice of law, Rusty from the very beginning limited his firm’s practice to consumer bankruptcy. Believing that every client, no matter their circumstances, deserved respect, professional service and outstanding results in their bankruptcy case, Rusty and Gayle personally invested themselves in every case and every client.
From the word-of-mouth of highly satisfied clients, the firm grew. Staff was added. Lawyers were added and soon the firm had outgrown two different offices. By the third move in 1999 to Broad Street, Boleman Law was being recognized as one of the best bankruptcy firms in Virginia. With continued respectful and professional service, constant updating of operating systems and on going professional legal training for the growing staff of attorneys, the firm was serving more and more Virginians and its reputation for service, ethical conduct and smart bankruptcy advice continued to grow as well.
In 2003 Rusty Boleman was recognized with an AV rating in Martindale-Hubbell, a national directory of lawyers. The AV rating is the very highest rating a lawyer can receive. Rusty is one of only a few bankruptcy lawyers in Virginia with an AV rating. It is a testament to Rusty’s legal knowledge, ethics and community service as well as the leadership he provides to his firm.
Today Boleman Law has
16 lawyers and offices in Richmond, Virginia Beach and Hampton. Our lawyers are asked to present at local, regional and national legal meetings to share their bankruptcy knowledge and expertise with other attorneys. With a steadfast commitment to professional excellence and never straying from the simple founding idea of “all people deserve to be treated with respect” Boleman Law continues to grow.
